March 24th, and it's snowing. . .   So crazy! If we hadn't moved from Florida, I'd've been in shorts and flip flops for a month already.  :D

Small Start

This is my first post to this group.  I finally got around to starting my Traditional Dear Jane.  I have done 8 blocks so far.  My plan is to work concurrently on a 30's Dear Jane, since I'm nuts.  LOL Here are pictures of my blocks.  I hope I did this right.

Some Good Catching Up Progress

Woowoo! I got 10 babies finished up this week that were lurking in my hand-stitch tote. Heather thinks this set is rather Transformer-ish. Too bad that top green one isn't bigger for the head.  ;D

Here are the individuals. The top one - well, I bust  up laughing when I read a note I'd put in the book when I bought it 2 years ago. Scott was sitting next to me while I was perusing it, and when he saw the G-5 block, he said: "This is what it would look like if a quilt farted."

Progress on Jane border blocks

Here are the Triangle blocks and final KITE block that I've completed since the start of the new year. Just 7 triangles to go and the outside borders of my quilt will be complete. The plan is to finish this quilt top before month's end!

I got 4 Baby Janes finished today. There's a whole load in my hand-stitching tote - hopefully those will start flying into the finish pile quickly now that I have no bindings, labels, or hanging sleeves to do.  :)
